Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Suno2MV (including AI Director, Studio Workshop, Jizura Kinetic PV, and Art Motion), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Service Description & Philosophy

Suno2MV is an AI-assisted creative studio centered on the principle of "Editable Music Videos". Users can inspect audio waveforms, word-level lyrics timestamps, and storyboard timelines freely before deciding which shots or segments to generate with GPU credits.

Creator Ownership & Commercial Rights

1. Your Input Assets: You retain full intellectual property rights to any audio files, lyrics, and creative prompts you provide.
2. Exported Videos: Final music videos rendered using your account and valid credits belong to you. You hold 100% full commercial rights for monetization and distribution across YouTube, TikTok, Spotify Canvas, and social channels.

Credit Consumption & Output Modes

• Zero-Cost Previews: Audio waveform analysis, Whisper lyrics alignment checks, storyboard script editing, and client-side code motion previews are completely free and consume zero GPU credits.
• Pay-Per-Shot Transparency:
  • Code MV (Kinetic Typography): Low-cost instantaneous render (5 credits), ideal for lyric videos;
  • Hybrid Mode (Recommended Balance): Verses use kinetic code motion while chorus hooks use AI video shots (15 credits);
  • AI Storyboard (Full Visual MV): Full-length multi-scene AI diffusion generation (40 credits);
  • Single-Shot Reroll: If a single shot needs adjustment, only the rerolled scene incurs a deduction. You never need to regenerate the entire song from scratch.
• Credits are consumed upon initiation of remote GPU rendering tasks.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to upload content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, promotes violence or hate speech, or violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse compute resources or violate legal guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suno2MV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network latency, service interruptions, or third-party AI provider availability.
