We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your creative assets and personal information. This Privacy Policy details how we handle your uploaded audio, lyrics, prompt directions, and generated music video renders across Suno2MV.

Information We Collect & Process

To deliver synchronized music video creation services, we process:

1. User Audio & Song Links — Uploaded local audio files (MP3, WAV, FLAC) or submitted public Suno track links.
2. Lyrics & Prompt Text — Input lyrics, scene prompt descriptions, style selections, and conversation history with the AI Director.
3. Generated Visual Assets — Rendered keyframe images, dynamic video clips, and exported final MV files.
4. Account & Usage Data — Email address, credit balance, export activity, and transaction receipts (processed securely via encrypted payment gateways; we never store raw card numbers).

AI Models & Third-Party Processing Architecture

To perform audio analysis, lyric beat-alignment, and multi-scene cinematic rendering, specific data is transmitted over encrypted channels to trusted AI model providers:

• OpenAI Whisper: Transcribes audio and generates millisecond word-level beat timestamps (Word-level Beat Sync).
• Anthropic Claude Opus 5.5: Analyzes song mood and writes visual storyboard scenes, camera directions, and deterministic motion scripts.
• Black Forest Labs Flux.1 Schnell: Renders high-fidelity photorealistic storyboard keyframe images.
• MiniMax Hailuo: Generates ultra-smooth 60fps dynamic motion video clips for high-energy drops.
• Remotion / Client WebGL Engine: Executes code-driven kinetic typography and audio waveform effects locally in your browser.

We will never use your private audio stems or original lyrics to train public foundation models without your explicit consent.

Data Retention Period

• Interactive Previews: Timelines, lyrics alignments, and storyboard drafts operate in browser memory and local cache for zero-latency editing.
• Temporary Cloud Storage: Uploaded audio files and rendered scene assets are stored in private encrypted storage for 30 days to support single-shot rerolls and exports.
• Automatic Deletion: Unarchived temporary assets older than 30 days are permanently purged automatically.

How to Delete Your Data

You maintain full ownership and control over your creative files:

1. In-App Project Deletion: Click "Delete Project" in the studio or dashboard to instantly wipe associated audio, scenes, and subtitles from cloud storage.
2. Account Wipeout: To delete your entire account and all associated history, choose "Delete Account" in settings or contact support@suno2mv.com for an irreversible complete wipe within 48 hours.
